In accordance the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, Critical Languages Program adheres to protecting its students’ privacy, consistent with University policy.

CLP will not release any educational records, including but not limited to enrollment and attendance records and examination results, to any third party entity without the express written consent of the student.


Online Consumer Data

The Critical Languages Program respects your privacy and ensures that all information you provide on our website will be used for the purpose for which it was collected . We collect only data necessary for identifying you as a member and/or a registrant in courses or programs. In cases where payment is necessary, no credit card information is collected or stored by the Critical Languages Program as our practice is to use the University’s Payment Card Industry vendor, Cybersource, for credit card transactions. These transactions are conducted on Cybersource’s secure payment servers.

The Critical Languages Program complies with all applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS), and university security and privacy policies to ensure the confidentiality of your information.
